Mike Aronson
Industrial Engineering
Mike completed his undergraduate degree in Physics at Harvard University, a Masters degree in Mathematics at the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. in Physics at Harvard University. From there, he entered
the fast-paced tech world. He currently leads a diverse team of engineers that, through his leadership, develop custom solutions for clients, optimizing tradeoffs between power consumption, performance, and cost. His team has particular expertise in imaging but has worked on a wide variety of interesting projects.
Brinno’s time-lapse technology is the brainchild of Mike, and his professional relationship with Brinno spans over two decades. Recently Mike’s team has developed the Brinno ASIC line that will provide a more modular approach to new camera developments. By developing this ASIC line, Brinno will be able to create new solutions faster, while maintaining a competitive price point. This will also open the door for providing individual customers with the ability to create customized solutions.
Outside of work you can find Mike on the basketball court shooting hoops with his friends.
