The Friday Lock is a smart home device that allows you to lock and unlock your door via your smartphone, eliminating the need for keys. This project was co-developed in Denmark by world-renown BIG architecture and the design brand d line. The Friday team approached Brinno to assist in making their design concepts a reality.

Brinno has managed the manufacturing of three generations of Friday smart locks as well as their mechanical and electrical engineering. One of several development challenges that was conquered by Brinno was optimizing the enclosed metal device’s wireless transmission capabilities.
